RETURN POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Farrahline! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so we offer a 14-day return policy on all items for store credit. As long as they are in the same condition as when you received them, we will refund you with store credit. This means that the items must have the tags still attached and be free from any wear and tear.

If you would like to return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at shop@farrahline.com within 14 days of receiving your item to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to package and ship the item back to us.
  3. Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it is in the same condition as when you received it, we will issue a store credit for the purchase price (minus any shipping and handling fees).

Please note that we do not accept returns of final sale items, as well as any items that have been worn or damaged. Additionally, we are not responsible for any lost or damaged items during the return shipping process.
